Frequently Asked Questions
How do I install these holds?
DO NOT USE IMPACT DRIVER! Bolt-on holds should be torqued to 15 lbs*ft. Recheck after each use. Screws should then be installed to keep hold from spinning. When possible, screw into stud or joist instead of directly to plywood. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN!
How do I take care of my holds?
Hand wash with warm soapy water and a stiff bristle brush. Air dry. Wire brushes are not recommended. Do not pressure wash. Allow hold to fully dry before installation. Handle and store with care.
What's the return policy?
30-day replacement guarantee on all purchased climbing holds. Email us your order number, photos, and details of what happened to info@realstoneholds.com and we will provide further instructions.
Where do the rocks come from?
The rocks are sourced with permission from private property in New England.
